By completing your payment and finalising an order with Hair Mount, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your order.
· We ship within Australia using Sendle or Australia Post delivery options and Internationally via Sendle's international network.
· Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline and may vary due to external factors.
· Hair Mount is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by third-party courier services.
· Information on our delivery services & shipping costs.
All orders are shipped from Australia, our product is designed in Australia but is manufactured in China.
International Customers: You must be aware of potential customs and duties fees applicable to your country. Customs or import duties may be charged when the order reaches its destination country. These must be paid by the recipient. Hair Mount has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies and charges will vary from country to country. We'd recommend contacting your local customs office for further information if you're unsure.
Can you ship to my country?
Through our delivery partners, we can deliver to over 220 countries worldwide.
All orders will be printed with an Authority To Leave - this means the parcel may be left in a secure location without a signature if you're not there to receive the parcel.
Countries we CAN’T deliver to:
There are a few countries we can't deliver to, including US embargoed countries like North Korea, and countries where the local postal authority does not have an arrangement in place with DHL.
LIST OF TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED DESTINATIONS:
Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Afghanistan, Dominica, Fiji, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Guadeloupe, Haiti, Honduras, Libya, Martinique, Nicaragua, New Caledonia, Papua New Guinea, Réunion, Samoa, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Yemen.
UN EMBARGO COUNTRIES:
Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic.
A physical street address is required for all deliveries:
We specialise in door-to-door delivery, which is why we need a physical street address. If a receiver is not home to sign for a parcel, it will either be left at the premises in a safe spot, delivered to a nearby location for collection or made available for a free redelivery.
Post offices and PO boxes:
We can’t deliver to Australia Post-owned properties (this includes post offices, PO boxes, locked bags, parcel lockers or parcel collect locations) because Australia Post restricts delivery to these locations.
International customers: We cannot ship to P.O boxes, parcel lockers or military addresses/bases.
Shipping to the USA:
Shipping products made in China to the USA from Australia may result in significant additional costs and potential delays for customers, according to Sendle and Ai Group. The US has removed the de minimis exemption for Chinese imports, meaning all goods, even those shipped through Australia, are now subject to duties and taxes upon arrival.
